Snowfall Warning in effect for:- Coquihalla Highway - Hope to Merritt
Snowfall with total amounts of 10 to 20 cm is expected.
A period of heavy snowfall continues.
What:
Tonight: 10 to 20 cm
When:
A pair of low pressure systems will bring precipitation tonight and possibly Monday night.
Where:
Coquihalla Highway (Near Coquihalla Summit)
Additional information:
A low pressure system will move through the B.C. Interior tonight, with a weaker system moving through Monday night. Snowfall amounts tonight are expected to be 10-20 cm.
The snow is expected to taper off on Monday morning. Another period of light snow is expected to pass through Monday evening, however snowfall totals are expected to be less than the previous systems.
Visibility will likely be reduced at times.
